3. E-commerce and Order Fulfillment

●     3.1. Pricing and Payment: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse orders placed based on incorrect pricing.

●     3.2. Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, suspicion of fraud, or breach of these Terms.

●     3.3. Shipping and Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all Products purchased transfer to the Customer upon our delivery of the items to the designated shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays in transit.

●     3.4. Returns and Refunds:

○     Given the nature of dietary supplements and our commitment to hygiene and quality, all sales are considered final once the Product packaging is opened or the Product has been used.

○     Requests for returns or refunds will only be accepted within seven (7) days of delivery if the Product is damaged during transit, incorrect, or defective, provided the original packaging remains sealed and untampered.

○     The Customer must contact Customer Support for authorization prior to attempting any return.

4. Intellectual Property and Liability

●     4.1. Intellectual Property Ownership: All content on the Site, including the Man Veda name, logos, text, graphics, unique product formulations, and software code, is the exclusive intellectual property of AVANIKART TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AVANIKART TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site or the Products. Our total liability to the Customer shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.
