     1.1. Final Sale Status: Given the nature of dietary supplements and wellness products, all sales are considered final once the product packaging is opened, used, or tampered with, due to hygiene and safety concerns.

     1.2. Eligibility Window: Returns or exchanges will only be processed for eligible Products within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

     1.3. Eligible Conditions for Return: A Product is only eligible for return, exchange, or refund if it meets the following criteria:

     The Product received is damaged (physical damage to the outer packaging or seal) upon arrival.

     The Product received is incorrect (wrong item or variant delivered).

     The Product packaging remains completely sealed, unopened, and in its original, resalable condition.

2. Process for Initiating a Return or Exchange

     2.2. Required Documentation: The Customer must provide the original order number, detailed photographs of the damaged or incorrect Product, and a clear description of the issue.

     2.4. Shipping: For eligible returns, the Company will arrange for the reverse pickup of the damaged/incorrect item. The Product must be packaged securely to prevent further damage during transit.

3. Refund and Credit Timeline

The expected delivery timeline for the exchange/replacement is typically 5 to 10 business days from the date the return inspection is completed and approved. This timeline depends on the current stock availability and the shipping location.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

     Any Product returned outside the seven (7) day eligibility window.

     Any Product that has been opened, used, or partially consumed.
